The moment I knew we were Going Green with our new development project, I was inspired to take a Scandinavian Modern approach, with a twist. My goal to keep a clean, modern design was supported by the direction to source sustainable finishes. The use of black and white hexagonal tiles, grey doors, and a dark ceiling upon entering the main hallway, paired with a light and open interior palette with white trim, off white walls, and wide plank white oak wire brushed floors introduces a light touch on Scandinavian Modern design.

Another variation you will find are black kitchen cabinets coupled with white countertops and backsplash, polished off with chrome finishes. You will see the same thoughtful design in the bathrooms, that feature a palette of white, grey and chrome.

Woven through the design process was a focus on sustainability. This means entirely green materials throughout and energy efficient appliances. The demand for environmentally responsive new development is ever-growing. Creating a healthy and comfortable environment intertwined with nature connectedness is the essence of sustainable living.
